Ivo works by the session rather than by the hour. This keeps the focus on quality rather than the clock, and allows for very precise estimates before you commit. No design fees. No consultation fees.
Half Day Session
~3.5 hours | approx. 5.5" × 8"
Smaller pieces and detail work. Ivo takes very few half-size sessions — most work is scoped as full sessions for best quality results.
Full Day Session
~7 hours | approx. 8.5" × 11" (letter page)
Ivo's primary session. Covers a letter-page to legal-page area depending on design and limb. This is the format used for most standalone pieces and all sleeve sessions.
Back-to-back (2 days)
~2 full days | approx. 22" × 8"
Two consecutive full sessions. Half a sleeve. Same area as two stacked letter pages.

Deposit policy: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to book a regular session. This goes toward your final session, secures your date, and allows Ivo to begin your design. Free consultations Thursday–Sunday, 12PM–5:30 PM — no deposit required to consult.

Off-day sessions — skip the waitlist.
Ivo's off-day rate is $3,000 for a full-day session — for clients who can't wait the usual 5–6 months.
Off-day sessions take place on Ivo's first available off-day, typically Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. To secure an off-day booking, an $800 deposit is required upfront, which goes directly toward the cost of your session. Contact Ivo directly at (256) 809-0399 to enquire about off-day availability.
CANCELLATION LIST — sometimes sooner than you think
When a booked client cancels, Ivo posts the available slot to the cancellation list. If you are on the list, you get first access to that opening — often at short notice. Ask about joining the cancellation list at your free consultation or text (256) 809-0399. There is no cost to be on the list. Being on it regularly results in slots opening much sooner than the standard 5–6 month wait.
