Terms and Conditions for Online Payment of Completed Tattoo Procedure

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making an online payment for the completed tattoo procedure. By proceeding with the payment, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Obligation:
   1.1. By making an online payment, you acknowledge that the tattoo procedure has been completed to your satisfaction.
   1.2. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment is made in full and on time.
   1.3. Failure to make the payment as agreed may result in additional fees, penalties, or legal action.

2. Payment Method:
   2.1. Online payments can be made through the designated payment portal provided by the tattoo studio.
   2.2. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, or other approved electronic payment options.
   2.3. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

3. Payment Confirmation:
   3.1. After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt from the tattoo studio, confirming the successful transaction.
   3.2. It is your responsibility to retain and provide proof of payment if required for any future disputes or clarifications.

4. Refund Policy:
   4.1. Once the payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
   4.2. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or dissatisfaction with the tattoo procedure, refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the tattoo studio.
   4.3. Any refund, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Dispute Resolution:
   5.1. Any disputes or discrepancies regarding the online payment should be promptly reported to the tattoo studio's management via the provided contact information.
   5.2. The tattoo studio will make every effort to investigate and resolve the dispute in a fair and reasonable manner.
   5.3. If both parties are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, legal action may be pursued as per applicable laws and jurisdiction.

6. Privacy and Security:
   6.1. Your online payment will be processed securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
   6.2. The tattoo studio will not store or share your payment details with any unauthorized third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Legal Disputes

  7.1  I agree to reimburse both the artist and "Cherno" LLC for any legal fees and costs incurred in any legal action I should bring against them; in the event the artist or tattoo studio is the prevailing party.

  7.2 I waive and release to the fullest extent of the law, both the artist and tattoo studio, from all liability whatsoever, for any and all claims or causes that I my estate, my heirs, or assigns may have for personal injury or otherwise: including any negligence or damages caused from the application of my tattoo.
